Our Team
“I’ve spent my life in the boardroom and the barn. What I’ve learned from both is that leadership isn’t about control—it’s about clarity, presence, and connection.”
Deirdre Hamling
Deirdre Hamling brings a rare blend of corporate leadership expertise and lifelong horsemanship to her role as CEO of EquiPower Solutions. A former Top Major Account Manager and Training Manager at global firms including Dun & Bradstreet and TRW, Deirdre has spent decades leading high-performance teams, designing professional development programs, and driving results across complex organizations.
Now, she channels that experience into something more powerful: helping leaders grow through the wisdom of horses.
As the founder of EquiPower Solutions, Deirdre delivers equine-assisted leadership programs that transform the way people lead, listen, and collaborate. Her work is grounded in the belief that effective leadership starts with self-awareness and authenticity—qualities that horses naturally demand and reveal.
She is a certified practitioner with both EAGALA (Equine Assisted Growth and Learning Association) and the Equine Experiential Education Association (E3A). Under her guidance, EquiPower programs have become a sought-after resource for executives, healthcare professionals, and teams seeking deeper connection, resilience, and emotional intelligence.
Deirdre is also the owner and steward of Raven Hill Farms, a peaceful, purpose-driven farm in the Hudson Valley where all EquiPower programming takes place. There, she has created a sanctuary where horses and humans come together to explore leadership, trust, and transformation in a truly unique setting.
