Confidence. Connection. Clarity. For the next generation of leaders.

We believe today’s youth are not just our future—they’re already leading in powerful ways. Our equine-facilitated youth programs help young people develop emotional intelligence, authentic confidence, and the communication skills they need to thrive in school, relationships, and life.

Through experiential learning with horses, participants gain insight into how they show up in the world—learning to set boundaries, build trust, manage emotions, and lead from a grounded, self-aware place. Horses offer immediate, honest feedback—free from judgment or agenda. In this space, youth are empowered to grow from the inside out.

Learning in Nature. Growing as a Whole Person.

Programs take place at Raven Hill Farm, a private equestrian facility nestled in the hills of Warwick, NY—just one hour from New York City. Set on over 50 scenic acres, Raven Hill offers a peaceful, restorative environment where young people can step away from the pressure of screens and schedules and reconnect with themselves, others, and the natural world.

Whether it’s standing quietly beside a horse or reflecting during a group session in the fields, nature becomes a co-facilitator in the process—slowing everything down and inviting curiosity, calm, and clarity.
